Return & Refund Policy

At So Fit, we strive to provide high-quality health coaching, personalized training programs, and peptide guidance. Please read this policy carefully regarding returns and refunds.

1. Digital Products & Online Coaching

  • All digital products, programs, and online coaching services are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
  • Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases where services were not delivered as promised.

2. Booking Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Consultations cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

3. Subscription Services (if applicable)

  • For ongoing subscription programs, you may cancel at any time.
  • No refunds are issued for the current billing period after cancellation.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • Contact us at admin@sofittrainings.com with your purchase details and reason for refund/cancellation.
  • Each request will be reviewed, and we will respond within 5 business days.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds do not apply to services already delivered or consumed.
  • Technical issues on your end (internet, device) are not eligible for refund.
